RETURN POLICY

 

Emporium A2Z offers a refund/exchange on products if they’re judged faulty, damaged, or if we‘ve delivered you the wrong wares. In the unlikely event, please email contact@emporiuma2z.com for details of how we can make it right.

While we don’t offer a refund if you change your mind, we will, however, assess the refund of return postage costs on an individual case basis.

If a product boomerangs back to Emporium A2Z because you accidentally gave us the wrong address, or didn’t pick up your package by the final date specified by USPS, UPS, we’ll try once to sort it out via the email you provided. If we don’t hear back, we’re not going to knock and ring and tap until you do. You guys will have to foot the bill for any extra postage fee in this case while we keep the product safe for a month. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll donate the product in 30 days.
